Project main purpose: to find out the usability guidelines for hotel websites. We analyzed more than 100 users of different nationalities, gender, age and profession. The project revealed some very interesting results including: optimal positioning of the booking engine,and the integration of the booking system in the website as the best choice for a hotel website, which photos should be used, the importance of the hotel staff page and the reviews on-site, and much more.
