Analysis Objective: to discover the usability problems of the website and optimize it to improve its user experience and conversion rate.

Two analysis sessions were carried out: a desktop browsing test session and a mobile browsing analysis.

In both cases, we used Eye Tracking technologies (Remote Eye Tracker GP3 for desktop analysis and Wearable Eye Tracker Tobii Pro Glasses 2 for mobile analysis) and EEG (Emotiv Epoc +), with a total of 28 user tests.
