Travel Appeal, a service provider company that analyzes the digital reputation of hotels, restaurants, destinations and shops through big data, has asked NeuroWebDesign to analyze, first of all, how its customers, managers or marketing managers of the aforementioned companies, interact with the back-office of the platform, indispensable for conducting the necessary brand reputation analysis.
It also requested a second analysis aimed at verifying the purchase process of his website, or how easy/difficult it was for new users to complete the request for a free trial.
Therefore, two different test sessions were conducted: one aimed at Travel Appeal customers and another aimed at potential users of the platform. In both cases, Eye Tracking technologies (Remote Eye Tracker GP3) and EEG (Emotiv Epoc +) were used, with a total of 14 tests on target users.
